3 Ingredient Banana Bread | One Pot Chef


This classic baked treat gets the 3 ingredient makeover, and the result is the easiest Banana Bread recipe you’ll ever try! Mashed ripe bananas are combined with flour and sweetened condensed milk to make the batter. Baked in a loaf tin, this sumptuous banana bread is moist, dense and bursting with flavour. Try it this weekend!

Ingredients:

5 Large Ripe Bananas (Over Ripe is best!)
400g Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 1/2 Cups of Self Raising Flour

Optional: 1 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon

Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Baking Time: About 50 minutes
