5 EASY FAVORITE CROCKPOT MEALS FOR WW (WEIGHT WATCHERS) BLUE PLAN!


Guys I hope you love this one! I love crockpot meals like this because they are so easy, little prep, great left over, and so yummy. I am sharing 5 crockpot meals with you and you can find the points and recipe here in description box 🙂 ENJOY

MEAL #1
SHRIMP BOIL / Makes 5 servings and one serving is 6 points.
what you need:
– 12 oz frozen bag of peeled, deveined, tail on large shrimp
– 6 frozen corn on the cob
– 1 pound baby red potaotes
– 13 oz butterball turkey sausage
– chiptole roasted garlic seasoning (McCormicks ) season to your taste preference
– olive oil spray

how to make:
– dice your turkey sausage, wash your baby potatoes, spray your crockpot and then dump everything into your crockpot, spray the top again, add seasoning, and cook on low for 4 hours. Topped with green onions and extra seasoning.

MEAL #2
BBQ BULLED CHICKEN / Made 10 servings and 1/2 cup is a serving for 2 points.
what you need:
– 4 chicken breast
– 1 cup g hughes maple brown bbq sauce
– 1/3 cup fat free Italian dressing
– 1/4 cup splenda blend brown sugar
– 1 tbsp worchestire sauce
– 1 tbsp of cornstarch
– salt + pepper, garlic powder to taste
how to make:
spray your crockpot, dump chicken and all other ingredients into the pot mixing them together, place lid on and cook on high for 6 hours, once cooked take chicken out and shred the meat, place chicken back into the pot and cook additional 1 hour.

⭐️Idea’s for pulled chicken bbq chicken salad, wraps on josephs pita, or serve with corn and mashed poatoes!

MEAL #3
BEEF WITH BROCCOLI / makes 5 servings and 1 cup is 1 serving for 5 points.
what you need:
– 2 lbs roast beef london broil ( you can use whatever cut meat you prefer)
– 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
– 1 tbsp splenda brown sugar
– 3 tbsp cornstarch
– 1/4 cup canned beef broth
– 4 garlic cloves
– 1 head of broccoli crowns
– 1/2 white onion , sliced
– 1/4 tsp red pepper chili flakes, ginger powder, and black pepper
how to make:
slice your onions, cut your broccoli crowns, dice your beef, spray your crockpot with olive oil spray, add all ingredients into the pot, mix together and place lid on, cook on low for 4 hours.

⭐️Serving with white rice for a nice hearty and filing meal! Top lower points use cauliflower rice

MEAL #4
RICOTTA ROTINI PASTA / Made 5 servings 1/5th of pasta is 6 points
what you need:
– 7 oz rotini barilla protein plus pasta
– 1/2 cup fa free ricotta
– 1 tbsp chopped garlic
– 22 gm Sargento reduce fat 4 cheese Italian cheese
– 1 1/2 cup Publix Premiun Basil & Tomato pasta sauce
– fresh basil
– salt & pepper to taste , and dried parsley
how to make:
-In a bowl add your ricotta cheese, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 3 basil leaves chopped, add salt + pepper, then mix together.
– add 1 cup tomato sauce to the crockpot first, then add 7 oz pasta, add 1/2 cup pasta sauce to the top of pasta, next spoon out your ricotta mixture, then add your cheese, last add seasonings to the top, place lid on and cook on low for 3 hours.

** test your pasta before taking out if it isnt cooked fully you can add some water to help steam the pasta more and cook additional 20 minutes or until pasta is soft but not mushy! **

MEAL #5
CREAMY LEMON PORCK CHOP / made 5 chops and 1 chop is 7 points

what you need:
– 1.79 pounds bone in thin pork chop
– 1 (10.5oz) can of cream of chicken soup
– 2 lemons
– 2 tbsp minced garlic
– dried parsley
– salt and pepper
how to make:
– spray the crockpot , add pork chops and the juice of one whole lemon to the top, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, place lid on and cook on low for 3 hours and 30 minutes.
– in a bowl add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, juice of half a lemon, and can of chicken soup, whisk together.
– once pork chops are cooked, drain the liquid from the pot, then add your cream mixture to the top, add lemon slices, and dried parsley, place lid back on and cook additional 30 minutes on low.
