Hey friends. I have a super easy buffalo chicken sliders recipe for you today. Just dump the chicken, onion, and hot sauce into the crockpot and let it go. Couldn’t be easier. We have had this many times and it is amazing!!! Perfect for easy meals when you are on the go or just wanting to get other things done. This recipe is sure to please. 2lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup wing sauce, divided
1/2 onion, chopped finely
12 slider buns ( I use Sister Schubert rolls )
In slow cooker, add chicken and top with 1/2 cup of wing sauce and onions. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or high 4-5 hours.
Remove chicken, shred, and return to bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup of liquid from slow cooker. ( I typically skip this step ) Add the 1/4 cup of liquid you saved and the remaning 1/2 of wing sauce to slower cooker and combined.
Add to bun and add wing sauce and/or ranch dressing to taste.
