Cheeseburger Mini Meatloafs | One Pot Chef

I take two savoury classics and fuse the together to create a guaranteed new family favourite that everyone will love. Beef is combined with breadcrumbs, onion, garlic and herbs, then topped with classic cheeseburger flavours including ketchup and mustard. Quick to make and quick to bake, these are great for dinner, as a party snack, picnic treat or just as something yummy to nibble on – give it a go!


500g of Beef Mince (leaner meat is best)
1/2 a Small Brown or Yellow Onion (diced)
2 Cloves of Minced Garlic (about 2 Teaspoons)
1 1/2 Cups of Fresh Breadcrumbs
2 Teaspoons of Mixed Dried Italian Herbs
1 Egg
Tomato Sauce / Ketchup
American Style Yellow Mustard
Grated Cheddar Cheese
