My Cheesy Garlic Bread Mini Pizzas are the perfect accompaniment to any pasta dish or for Pizza Night! My super simple 2 ingredient pizza dough is topped with olive oil, garlic, freshly chopped parsley and grated cheese, then baked until golden and gorgeous! Serve individually or in wedges, these mini pizzas are guaranteed to be a big hit with your friends and family – give it a go! 🙂
Ingredients:
2 Cups of Self Raising Flour (plus extra if required)
2 Cups of Natural Yoghurt (Unflavoured)
Pinch of Salt
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons of Crushed Garlic
1 Cup of Grated Cheese
2 Tablespoons of Freshly Chopped Parsely
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 25 minutes approx.
