1 1/2 Cups of Self Raising Flour
1/2 Cup of Plain Flour
1/2 Cup of White Sugar
1 Cup of Brown Sugar
2 Cups of Milk
200g of White Chocolate (chopped)
2 Cups of Boiling Water (plus 1 Tablespoon extra)
3 Heaped Teaspoons of Instant Coffee
Optional: Serve with Ice Cream or Whipped Cream
Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
Cooking Time: About 45 minutes
