Frozen Meatballs
Jar Marinara
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Salt
Mozzarella Cheese
Coconut Chicken Legs:
5-6 Chicken Legs
1 Can Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
2 Tbsp Sriracha
1 Tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce
1 tsp Dried Basil
Rice, for serving
Whole Chicken:
4-5 Pound Chicken
1 Onion
Minced or Fresh Garlic
3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 tsp Ground Sage
1 tsp Rosemary
1/2 tsp Ground Thyme
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Southwestern Stuffed Peppers:
5-6 Bell Peppers
1c Rice or Quinoa, rinsed
2 Cans Pinto Beans
1 Can Green or Red Enchilada Sauce
2c Shredded Mexican Cheese
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Put 1/2 cup of water at the bottom of the crockpot, I forgot to mention that.
