In this video, I share an easy recipe for Chili in the Crockpot!
RECIPE:
Large batch Ingredients:
2-2.5lb ground beef
5 cans beans
2 c beef broth
1 can tomato sauce
2-3 c salsa
1 can rotel
1-2 bell peppers
1 onion
1 cup diced carrots and celery
2 t garlic powder
2 t onion powder
1 t seasoning salt
1 t mrs dash
1 t paprika
1 t chili powder
1 t taco seasoning
Small batch ingredients:

1/2 can rotel
1 bell peppers
1 small onion
1/2 cup diced carrots and celery
1 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1/2 t seasoning salt
1/2 t mrs dash
1/2 t paprika
1/2 t chili powder
1/2 t taco seasoning
What to do:
1. brown ground meat, saute diced veggies
2. put meat/veggies in crock pot
3. add in all other ingredients, add in seasoning/salt and pepper to taste
4. cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8
5. gather toppings, serve and enjoy!
