Recipes:
Loaded Mashed Potatoes:
6 potatoes
2cup veggie stock
3/4 cup milk
8oz cream cheese
1 stick of butter
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8, serve with cheese, sour cream, steamed veggies and bacon bits(some bacon bits are accidentally meatless, just some flavored texturized soy protein) or serve with veggie gravy and corn with some gardein tenders to make a KFC bowl!
Baked Ziti:
1 box penne
1 jar of tomato sauce
1 jar of water
8oz of ricotta
16oz of mozzarella
2tbl Italian seasoning
Veggie of choice, we use zucchini
Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6, serve with a steamed veggie and garlic bread!
Fried rice:
2 cups of cooked or frozen rice
Veggies of choice, this is a great “end of the week, clean out the fridge recipe,” we chose asparagus, corn, peas, and broccoli!
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 fried eggs optional
2tsp ginger optional
Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4, garnish with green onions and serve with fried tofu, or lentils!
Buffalo Mac and Cheese:
1 box of pasta, we chose shells
1/4 cup hot sauce
1cup milk
1/2 cup veggie stock
1/2 stick if butter
8oz cream cheese
16oz cheese of choice, we chose sharp and colby jack
Salt and pepper to taste
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
1tsp nutmeg
1tsp dijon mustard
Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4
Bbq Jackfruit Sammies:
1/2 cup Bbq sauce
2cup Jackfruit
1/2 cup veggie broth or water
Salt and pepper to taste
1tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4, serve with cole slaw and cheese, along side the buffalo mac and cheese, garnish both with green onion or chives!
