Today I am making my famous Chicken and Rice. This is one of the first recipes I learned to cook for my children. I have listed the measurements and tips below. Making a perfect pot takes practice and familiarizing yourself with what the taste and rice/celery texture feels like. My best advice is keep on trying and don’t give up. As a working mother of teenagers I actually started this channel for them. For the times I’m unable to supervise. They can see everything from home and how it’s made. I hope when they leave the nest, they will be able to cook delicious, homemade dinners all on their own! 😀

INGREDIENTS
6 pieces of chicken legs or 4 quarters
2 stalks of celery
1/2 an onion
6 cups of water
2 teaspoons of Chicken Bouillon
1 large tomato or 2 small tomatoes
2 cups of white rice
