PEPPERONCHINI BEEF INGREDIENTS:
3-4lbs of roast of choice
1/2 jar of pepperonchinis with juice
Spices

BACON RANCH CHICKEN INGREDIENTS:
18oz of chicken breasts
4oz if cream cheese
4oz sour cream
2tbsp ranch seasoning
5 slices of bacon
1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
2os shredded cheddar cheese
5tbsp ranch dressing

KETO JAMBALAYA INGREDIENTS:
1lb shrimp
8oz riced cauliflower
2 andouille sausage links
1lb chicken breasts
150 grams of diced onion
150 grams of diced red pepper
1/2 can of diced tomatoes
3tbsp minced garlic
4tsp chicken bouillon

MONGOLIAN BEEF INGREDIENTS:
2lbs of steak
1/3 cup of swerve sugar replacement
1/4 cup soy sauce
2tbsp sesame oil
3tbsp minced garlic
1/4tsp xanthan gum

TUSCAN CHICKEN INGREDIENTS:
1-2lbs boneless chicken thighs
2tbsp olive oil
2tbsp minced garlic
10oz frozen spinach
1 cup 1/2 and 1/2
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2tbsp sun dried tomatoes
