Crockpot Spaghetti Sauce

I love spaghetti with meat sauce. The best thing about the sauce is that the more it cooks the better it gets. I used to make spaghetti sauce only on the weekend because I would start it in the morning and then watch it simmer until early evening. Recently I came across a meat sauce recipe that combines my favorite ingredients but cooks in a crockpot.

Classic Chili – Crockpot Style

If you have a crockpot or slow cooker that you haven’t used lately, its time to pull it out, dust it off and put it to work. I really like using my crockpot because I don’t dirty many dishes and I can start a meal before I leave for work and its ready when I get home. I love coming home to a house with great cooking aromas.

Sloppy Joes For a Backyard Picnic – Crockpot Style

You may think of sloppy Joes as a “kid” food but I still love to eat them and I serve them to my family on a regular basis. I recently held a picnic style gathering at my house for my family and friends. I didn’t want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen so I have decided that I would use my crockpot and make my famous Large Crowd Pleasing Sloppy Joes. This recipe has been a favorite at many covered dish events. It is so simple to prepare and it will serve 24 hungry diners.
