Crock Pot SHIPWRECK Casserole ~ Slow Cooker Ground Beef Dinner Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 large sliced onion
3-4 sliced potatoes – I used Russet with skins on
3 thinly sliced carrots
3 thinly sliced stalks celery
1 pound lean ground beef
salt, black pepper, garlic and onion powder
1 cup uncooked rinsed and drained white rice
1 – 28 ounce can tomato sauce or crushed/diced tomatoes
Place ingredients in layers in crockpot as they are listed.
Slow cook on high for 4 hours or on low setting for 7-8 hours.
Enjoy.
