My Super Simple Strawberry Ice Cream has only 3 ingredients, doesn’t require any expensive ice cream machines and doesn’t even need churning. Just mix, pour and freeze! Fresh juicy strawberries are combined with whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk to make this super easy ice cream that anyone can make – give it a try today!
500g of Strawberries (roughly chopped)
600ml of Whipping Cream (any cream suitable for whipping will be fine)
1/2 a Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk (about 200g)
NOTE: If your Ice Cream is too hard to scoop, simply leave it on the counter for a few minutes to soften 🙂
Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
Freezing Time: About 4 to 6 hours (preferable overnight)
