Hey y’all! Thanks for coming back for another What’s for Dinner video! This week, the theme was EASY meals. I wasn’t in the cooking mood….AT ALL. Anyone else ever feel that way?? But, I pushed through and made some super easy and yummy meals for my family and we all enjoyed them.
I’ve been getting this question a lot again, so I thought I’d elaborate here. I get asked “Does Steven ever not like something?” or “Will you show us a fail?”. And while I understand the entertainment value of seeing a “not so good” dinner might be high, it would be a HUGE waste of my time and of the average viewer of my channel. 99% of you are here to get dinner inspiration and I realize your time is valuable (as is mine), so I’m not going to waste my time making something I know we won’t like or editing footage of a failed meal. Out of the hundreds of meals I’ve made for What’s for Dinner, we have had TWO that we were not fans of. They just didn’t turn out right. So we scrapped the footage and tried another recipe the next night. I’m very careful when choosing recipes to try. I’ve been married to Steven for 20 years and I know what we like and what we won’t like, so it’s rare that we try a recipe that just isn’t to our liking. I hope you understand!
