Hi, everyone! Today I’m bringing you another “what’s for dinner” video that I’m really excited about! This has some great recipes in it, including a few meatless ones that are perfect for Meatless Monday, and some awesome crock pot recipes as well! Let me know in the comments down below which recipe you plan to make first!
Recipes in this video:
CROCK POT ROAST AND GRAVY (this recipe is my mom’s!):
– 1 3-3.5 lb. bottom round roast
– 1 cup sour cream
– 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
– 1/2 a yellow onion, diced
– 2 cups beef broth
– Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, mix together sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, onions, and salt and pepper until smooth. Place roast in a crock pot and pour gravy mixture over top. Cook on high for 6-8 hours or on low for 12.
SHEET PAN QUESADILLAS:
This recipe is kind of a combination of recipes. For the filling, I used this recipe: https://gimmedelicious.com/southwest-veggie-quesadillas/
And for the asembly and baking directions I used this recipe: https://www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/a20127976/sheet-pan-quesadillas-recipe/
BAKED PORK CHOPS:
This is the recipe that I’d reccomend changing the cooking time for. My guess is that it would be best to bake the pork chops for 15 minutes, pour the gravy on top, and bake for another 10. For pork chops, you want to aim for an internal temperature of 145 degrees farenheit.
BAKED SPINACH RAVIOLI:
– 16 oz of ravioli
– 1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce
– 1.5 cups of chopped fresh spinach
– 1 cup of mozarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare ravioli according to package directions. Drain ravioli and sitr in pasta sauce and chopped spinach. Place in a greased 8×8 pan and top with cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is melted.
